Ticket to Work
Real jobs. Real support. Every step of the way.
Our Ticket to Work program connects individuals with disabilities to employers who are ready, willing, and committed to inclusive hiring. We don't just send your resume — we prepare you, coach you, advocate for you, and follow up after you're hired.
- Comprehensive intake and goal-setting session
- Resume writing and formatting
- Cover letter assistance
- Interview preparation and mock interviews
- Guidance on whether and how to disclose your disability
- Accommodation request support and ADA education
- Direct referrals to vetted, inclusive employers
- Follow-up check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days post-hire
Anyone with a physical, cognitive, developmental, or psychiatric disability who is ready to enter or re-enter the workforce. Veterans with service-related disabilities are also welcome.

BridgePoint provides professional vocational consulting — including evaluations, transferable skills analysis, labor-market research, and case consultation — for individuals, attorneys, and organizations. These engagements are independently scoped and screened for conflicts of interest, separate from our Ticket to Work services.

Life Care Planning is a specialized service for individuals with significant, long-term, or complex care needs. We create a detailed, evidence-based plan that documents your current and future medical, vocational, and personal care needs — and the estimated costs associated with them.
